Pottery classes for adults: Two-hour one-time class. Ideal for beginner and for those who have taken beginning pottery classes in the past and would like a refresher lesson. This class is also ideal for those who wants to learn pottery, and ceramics lessons but not sure about it and wants to try out.

Studio time is ideal for practice wheel throwing or ceramics hand-building. Upon arrival, you will get access to studio's tools, wheels for two hours. You have the option to use wheels or hand building tools. You can stay in the studio for maximum two hours.
What is Studio Time?
Studio time is for practicing your wheel throwing and/or ceramic skills and take it to the next level.
What is the requirement for studio time?
For pottery, you must have basic knowledge and experience of wheel throwing skills. We would highly recommend taking a 90-minutes basic pottery class with us before joining studio time.
For hand-building, No prior experience required.
What type of activities can we do during studio time?
You can sit on the wheel and start making pottery or make a ceramics with hand-building techniques.
Can I bring clay from outside or I have to buy clay from your studio?
You have to buy clay from our studio. We use Sea Mix White Clay of cone temp 04-6
How much studio charges for the clay bag?
25lbs of Sea mix white clay bag for $35. (includes bisque firing)
How much I have to pay for bisque firing each time?
No charge for bisque firing.
How much I have to pay for glazing?
$10 for each piece. Which includes Glazing + Firing.
What can I do with leftover clay?
You can use leftover clay in your next visit. You can keep in the studio or take it with you.
Does Instructor will available during studio time?
Some operational instructions will be given but the instructor will not available during studio time. You can use our recorded video lessons archives.
What is the maximum size you allow?
The maximum size of your creation (work) should be L= 8 inches x W= 8 inches x Height 8 inches or equals to 512 volume in any combination of length, width, and height. Extra firing and glazing charges may apply if your creation exceeds the maximum size.
What other requirements for using studio time?
1) You are required to have basic pottery or sculpting skill level. You should be able to use the studio to work independently with the use of studio equipment, glazing. If you do not have enough experience for open studio time, it can be acquired by attending one or more of our 90-Minute pottery session for beginners.
2) To keep the studio clean, all participants are required to clean wheels, tools and put it back in the right place. Instructions will be given upon arrival.
3) participants must follow studio's rule and regulations.
